Einar Vollset is the Founder and Managing Partner of Discretion Capital. He focuses on deal execution, origination, and the technology behind our proprietary deal matching engine.
Einar is also a partner at TinySeed and a YCombinator alumni. He used to be a Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University and holds a PhD in Computer Science.

Rob Walling is a Partner at Discretion Capital. Rob is a serial entrepreneur who has started six companies (five bootstrapped). He’s written five best-selling books about entrepreneurship, including: The SaaS Playbook and Start Small, Stay Small.
Rob runs MicroConf, the original community for bootstrapped SaaS founders, and TinySeed, a world-class accelerator for B2B SaaS. He’s invested in more than 220 startups.
His podcast Startups for the Rest of Us has more than 775 episodes and well over 15 million downloads, and he’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Inc, HuffPost, and CNET.
